| Decadent Chocolate Dessert Pasta ™ with Sweet Ricotta |

Serving SizeA hearty dessert suitable for a family of 4 Ingredients250 gram pack of The Professors' Decadent Chocolate Dessert Pasta ™ 3/4 cup of ricotta cheese Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon sugar (for cooking Decadent Chocolate Dessert Pasta ™) 1 tablespoon sugar (for sweet ricotta mix) 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence 1/4 teaspoon of grated lemon rind + a little extra as garnish 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon + a little extra as garnish A little heated milk (See Method) 1 litre of water (for the Decadent Chocolate Dessert Pasta ™)
MethodIn a bowl mix well the ricotta, salt, sugar, vanilla, lemon rind and the ground cinnamon. Carefully add splashes of the hot milk while stirring the mixture until you have added enough to create a smooth sauce. Taste and add seasoning as desired.
Meanwhile bring to boil about the with 1 table spoon of plain sugar stirred in. Empty a 250 gram pack of Decadent Chocolate Dessert Pasta ™ into the boiling water and cook from 5-7 minutes gently stirring occasionally. When done, drain the Decadent Chocolate Dessert Pasta ™ pasta well but do not rinse.
