Acceptance of an order, or payment for an order, does not constitute promise to fulfill the order - We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund any remittance in place of fulfilling the order. This is an extremely rare circumstance, but may be enacted when an order cannot be fulfilled with commercial viability or when we have previously chosen to discontinue trading with a customer.
Cancelled orders, due to change of mind, may incur a fee to cover the payment processor fee, or other fees, incurred by The Professors had the order not been placed.
These terms and conditions do not override any terms and conditions in any existing commercial agreements, including the Professors 30 day account terms and conditions.
Returns and Exchange
We aim for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase from The Professors. If you are unhappy with items you received OR have changed your mind, please keep your item until advised otherwise, contact us and we will work with you to the best of our ability to address any issues. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and any goods that are approved for return, must be unopened and in re-salable condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.
