Returns and Refunds
We aim for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase from The Professors. If you are unhappy with items you received, please keep your item until advised otherwise, contact us and we will work with you to the best of our ability to address any issues. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and any goods that are approved for return, must be unopened and in re-saleable condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.
