2025 has been another MASSIVE year for The Professors Online Lolly Shop and The Professors Confectionary Warehouse
It has been a year which has seen us welcome new staff members to our team, take on a a raft of new products, and implemented various improvements to both our computer systems and warehouse procedures as part of our continuous goal to offer our customers the very best we can. We hope the year has been just as successful for you all!
To de-stressify the team, we have decided that over the 2025/26 summer Christmas holiday period we will take a break.
Last day of dispatch (approx 2pm AEDT)
Friday, 19th December 2025
Last day of in-store service / Click & Collect
Saturday, 20th December 2025
We will then re-open for full operations on
Monday, 5th of January 2026.
During the above period, our office and warehouse will be completely closed - with no phone calls or emails to be answered, no instore shopping and no new orders to be processed or dispatched until our return.
As our website runs 24-7, during this period you are more than welcome to continue to lodge your orders online as usual, with the understanding that any orders made during these dates (even express items) will be held back until when we start dispatching again - commencing 5th of January 2026. As usual, should you require your order for a certain date or deadline, be sure to let us know in the comment box provided during check out so that we can priorities your order accordingly upon our return.
We apologise if this closing period causes anyone any inconvenience, but we hope you can understand the need for our team to take a well deserved break so that we can be back in the New Year fresh, bright, bubbly and raring to go - And, of course, all orders placed during our down time will be processed and dispatched ASAP on our return.
We want to thank each and every one of our loyal customers and suppliers for their support and business throughout 2025.
We sincerely look forward to dealing with you all again in 2026.
