Choc Peppermint Trifle

Our favourite time of the year is just around the corner...and we've got the perfect dessert to get you into the holiday spirit. Each creamy layer is oozing with flavour and is perfect for a Christmas treat. Go for a large bowl as seen below to share or even create individual servings in mason jars!


1 lot of your favourite chocolate cake - already baked and left to cool

1 lot of chocolate pudding - pre-prepared according to the instructions

250g whipping cream

5 large peppermint Candy Canes - crushed

A few drops of peppermint essence

A serving bowl (preferably glass as then the layers are visible)


1. Once the cake has cooled cut into cubes and cover the bottom of

your bowl. Create a layer of pudding

on top of the cake, using about half of the mix.

2. Whip the cream with an electric mixer and add a few drops of peppermint essence.

3. Sprinkle with candy cane and repeat the layers.

4. Enjoy!
