These little gems are a must have if you have a sweet tooth and want to keep your weight down. Taste absolutely delicious, are high in fibre but most importantly sugar free. I am borderline Type 2 diabetic and these have kept my sugar levels down, for whenever i have a sugar craving these pastilles more than satisfy and for fill the need for a real sugar hit.
