Nutrition Information for Crunchy Ice Cream

Crunchy Ice Cream is simply a slice of regular ice cream which has had the water content removed via the freeze drying process.

The ingredients in Crunchy Ice Cream is as follows;

• Cream, Sugar, Whey powers (from milk), Glucose syrup (from wheat), skim milk concentrate, maltodextrin, emulsifier (471-From Soyabeans), vegetable gums (412, 466, 407a), flavour and water.

Each slice contains 100 mls of ice cream (prior to freeze drying) and the result is a 17 gram serve of Crunchy Ice Cream.
